The FETCH Approach – Facilitator	A Diploma or undergraduate degree in the social sciences. Any qualifications in training or facilitation methodologies would be advantageous. Any Coaching qualifications would be advantageous (i.e. Life coaching, Wellness Coaching or Leadership Coaching). Minimum 5 years’ experience in the youth development sector. Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or facilitation. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to manage oneself in a complex and dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented and meticulous in planning and executing on all functions. Proactive and goal-oriented. Confident and able to share ideas. Able to coordinate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal. Able to anticipate key needs and act independently to solve problems. High degree of flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs. Innovative and dynamic thinker.	28 April 2025
The FETCH Approach – Marketing and Communications Lead	A Degree in the social sciences, with a degree in Marketing or Journalism being advantageous. Any Coaching qualifications would be advantageous (i.e. Life coaching, Wellness Coaching or Leadership Coaching). Minimum 7 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role. Minimum 4 years’ management experience. Experience in the youth development sector would be advantageous. Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with a wide-range of stakeholders. Ability to manage self in a complex and dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented and meticulous in planning and executing on all functions. Proactive and goal-oriented. Confident, and able to share ideas. Able to coordinate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal. Able to anticipate key needs and act independently to solve problems. High degree of flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs. Highly creative in designing solutions to meet the organisation’s needs. Innovative and dynamic thinker.	28 April 2025
DGMT – Grants Systems Administrator	Minimum Matric certificate or equivalent; additional certification in Office and/or Administrative Management is a plus Proven work experience (3 – 4 years) in a supportive role Experience in working with large-scale databases Experience in liaising with people at a senior level Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Resourceful and proactive when issues arise Customer service oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Professional can-do attitude Reliable and responsible Solid written and verbal communication skills	18 April 2025
