- Any qualifications in training or facilitation methodologies would be advantageous.
- Any Coaching qualifications would be advantageous (i.e. Life coaching, Wellness Coaching or Leadership Coaching).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the youth development sector.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or facilitation.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage oneself in a complex and dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in planning and executing on all functions.
- Proactive and goal-oriented.
- Confident and able to share ideas.
- Able to coordinate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
- Able to anticipate key needs and act independently to solve problems.
- High degree of flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs.
